Billing Specialist – 18 Months Contract

We provide end-to-end billing resolution to our internal and external customers. This involves investigating and responding to customer billing inquiries. Also, work with cross functional groups to ensure timely closure of a billing issue.

Partner with the best

You will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to our customers. Be the one to add tremendous value to Akamai by providing resolution for billing issues while collaborating with different teams. You will build close relationships with customers and tackle some of the biggest challenges in our Customer Revenue Operations team.

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Being a single point of contact for customer billing queries
• Onboarding new customers and introducing them to all aspects of Akamai billing
• Partnering with other internal customers for timely resolution of customer billing queries
• Communicating and managing any billing information change
• Tracking availability of Purchase Order funds, Accuracy and timely availability of PO’s
• Managing appropriate invoice delivery (mail, email, portal submission) methods

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree
• Have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a customer facing role
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have good problem solving and analytical skills
• Have basic understanding or familiarity using Siebel/Oracle/SalesForce and MS Excel will be an asset
