About The Role: We are looking for a proactive, forward thinking Field Marketing Specialist, remote based in the ET or CT timezone, to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategy and implementation across the entire East AMER and Canada region, in support of the financial objectives of Ping Identity’s North American business. This role requires experience across lead generation marketing channels, to support pipeline generation activities. This position will report to the Senior Field Marketing Manager and the primary focus will be working alongside and in collaboration with the Field Marketing and Sales Directors of the entire East AMER and Canada region to plan and deliver comprehensive multi-touch campaigns into verticals and strategically named accounts. Responsibilities:

  • Support the GTM strategy and implementation of marketing initiatives, delivering pipeline coverage for the East sales organization
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, and virtual events
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, campaign event briefs, email and linkedin promotional copy, list uploads and tagging, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure proper execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure event goals are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Measure and report on the success of events through key metrics such as attendance, lead generation, and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate and engage with relevant internal departments as needed, including the sales organization, digital, product and corporate marketing, marketing operations, partner organization and more
  • Utilize regional marketing dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau, to track the effectiveness & impact of marketing investments on pipeline generation.
  • Leverage and become proficient using necessary sales and marketing technologies, including Marketo, Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Sendoso, Splash and more.
  • Design and produce event marketing materials such as invites, flyers, posters, web banners/social tiles etc. using tools such as Canva
  • Assist with event logistics eg. Stand shipments, staffing, giveaways, branding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or in a related field.
  • Working in ET or CT time zones is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to execute successful integrated marketing programs preferably in the B2B tech industry.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively and analytically
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple levels of management, while being highly responsive and able to multitask.
  • Experience with key sales and marketing technologies a plus (examples include Marketo, Salesforce.com, Google Suite etc)
  • Able to clearly articulate and deliver on program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast-paced fast-growing matrix environment.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Working knowledge of SFDC
  • Positive attitude and work collaboratively
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
