We are looking for a Benefit Verification Specialist who can ensure our members receive the benefits they are entitled to. This position requires excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, understand the importance of accuracy, and have a strong desire to help others. As a Benefit Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely benefit eligibility and coverage information to our members. If you are a self-motivated professional with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Ensure members receive the benefits they are entitled to by verifying eligibility and coverage information. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with members. Maintain accurate records of member benefits. Respond to inquiries from members regarding benefit eligibility and coverage. Collaborate with other departments to ensure members are able to access the best healthcare possible. Assist members in understanding their benefit coverage options. Follow up with members to ensure their benefit needs are met. Follow all policies and procedures related to the verification of benefits. Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to assist members in any way possible.
