As a Talent Operations Associate on OneImaging's Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We're looking for someone who's highly detail-oriented, operates with urgency, loves working with people, and is passionate about process. What you'll do: - Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging's high volume care navigation and support functions - Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel - Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies - Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment - Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication - Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for Please mention the word
