Description The Amazon Flex Investigations team is seeking a Training Coordinator to support operational training for our Investigation Specialists. Overall responsibilities include enhancing employee competencies by developing and conducting effective training programs to onboard new hires and support ongoing training requirements, enabling Specialists to maintain a high bar for investigations. Key job responsibilities The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering approved training content and coordinating all new hire, refresher, and launch trainings. This includes facilitating blended learning programs (instructor-led onsite, remote, and eLearning) for new hires, cross-training, continuing education, and refreshers for Investigation Specialists. Key Responsibilities include: - Needs Assessment: Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps - Program Development: Design training programs for various learning styles and operational processes; create engaging e-learning modules and instructional materials - Facilitation: Lead virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops, fostering interactive learning environments - Scheduling and Coordination: Manage training schedules, logistics, and communicate updates to participants effectively - Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop assessment tools, gather feedback, and analyze training data for continuous improvement - Participant Support: Serve as primary contact for training inquiries and provide coaching to trainees - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of sessions, attendance, and evaluation outcomes; present effectiveness reports to management - Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal partners and communicate best practices to stakeholders - Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and recommend new training tools and methods About the team Amazon Flex Service Level Standards (SLS) ensures that Delivery Partners (DPs) provide high quality service to all Amazon Last Mile delivery businesses such as AMZL, SSD, Prime Now, Whole Foods, and others. Our vision is to influence Delivery Partners to be safe, reliable, and provide great quality deliveries to our customers by accurately measuring driver behavior and communicating opportunities for them to improve. The team focuses on achieving this vision by understanding the ground truth of the driver journey, and then to protect the customer experience we use data-driven thresholds to alert and enforce driver behavior, while being fair and transparent to DPs. Basic Qualifications - Experience in formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures for standardisation and delivery of training methodology throughout the organisation - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - At least 2 years experience in a training role - Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal teams and management - Excellent coordination, classroom management and organization skills. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
