Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of assigned customers to deliver outstanding value and service. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide system support, and analyze customer data to consistently deliver value. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing all phases of all assigned customers throughout their life-cycle, from implementation to long-term support
  • Managing the Customer Implementation process, including product training, account configuration, and loading of plans
  • Leading all customer interactions via phone, online, or on-site meetings to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Managing the arenaflex customer engagement model to drive excellent customer health and growth
  • Providing system support and triage defects to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyzing customer data to consistently deliver value to our customers and identify growth opportunities
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the arenaflex software, with a deep understanding of how it operates in the real world
  • Securing renewals and identifying growth opportunities within each customer account
  • Communicating customer ideas to the product team to drive future system enhancements
  • Utilizing technology to understand customer behavior and deliver excellent service and support

Experience and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success or client-facing experience supporting a SaaS product (Custom Support experience a plus)
  • Project Management experience (PMP a plus)
  • 4-year degree in a related field of study
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong empathy for customers and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to present, with ease, to large groups in person and through phone/Web meetings
  • Basic knowledge of business processes and the desire to continue learning about business strategy and execution
  • Action-oriented team player with the desire to jump right in and start building strong relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage your own tasks and schedule effectively
  • Adaptable individual with the ability to switch tasks quickly to address customer needs
