What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Relations Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming inquiries from international investors, providing timely and accurate responses
- Managing WhatsApp communication and phone calls to ensure seamless client interactions
- Building trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences
- Organizing and conducting Zoom calls to discuss investment opportunities and provide expert advice
- Entering and managing data in our CRM system to maintain accurate client records
Who we're looking for:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations Specialist with:
- Native English speaker or C1 level proficiency
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts
- Understanding of investment instruments and terminology, with a passion for staying up-to-date on market trends
- Experience working with CRM systems, with a focus on data management and analysis
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies
