Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
• Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments (a plus).
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (as this is a remote position).
• A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

• Live within the state listed in the posting (Corpus Christi, TX).
• Attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
