Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and administrative support team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to client inquiries, addressing and resolving client issues, and assisting with travel booking and planning. You'll also be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, preparing and maintaining documentation, and providing support to senior consultants and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries

  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required
  • Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity
  • Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks

Requirements

* Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields

  • Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with travel booking and planning software

  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
