Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven delivery track record.
- Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, modern design patterns, and software architecture.
- Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence technical roadmaps.
- Passion for building internal solutions that serve as operational backbones.
- Strong background in mentoring and developing other engineers.
