Job Summary:

As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer complaints and issues, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, customer service) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather
  • Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Experience working with customers in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working with technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
