Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping customers with their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries.
  • Assisting clients with policy updates, billing questions, and claims.
  • Managing customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Educating customers on available coverage options and benefits to ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Supporting the arenaflex Agent's goals and initiatives by contributing to office performance metrics.
  • Helping clients understand how their insurance coverage impacts their lives and how they can adjust it to meet their needs.
  • Processing insurance applications, claims forms, and other necessary documentation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining motivated and productive.
  • A genuine desire to help and serve others with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including basic software and CRM tools.
  • Must have reliable internet access and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
