The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) at arenaflex serves as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our food ordering app, providing timely and effective support through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Provide comprehensive support through phone calls, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments securely, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and privacy.
