Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Lending Representative - Sales, you will be responsible for:

• Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with prospective customers
• Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry
• Identifying customer's goals and objectives
• Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience, with a strong understanding of high-volume phone calls and various rebuttals
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software
• High School Degree or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

Compensation and Benefits

* Base hourly rate: $17/hour
