Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven data entry clerk to join our team on an evening shift. As a data entry clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering data from various sources, answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a data entry clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering data from various sources, including paper, images, phone, and email
• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
• Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
• Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office required
• Transportation industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role

• Knowledge of transportation industry software and systems
• Certification in data entry or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
