Position Overview

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers engaging with our company through our website chat system. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
