Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator / CMS Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within the CMS and other databases to support business operations.
  • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Organizing and managing digital files and documents efficiently to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather and input relevant data to support business decisions.
  • Ensuring data security and confidentiality are maintained at all times to protect sensitive information.
  • Generating routine reports and summaries based on data collected to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Performing quality checks to identify and correct data errors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CMS platforms to ensure seamless data entry and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills will be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience with database management and CMS platforms to ensure efficient data entry and management.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols to ensure confidentiality and security.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy to ensure efficient data entry.
