Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, promotions, and services in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience
• Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex's mobile app and website
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
