Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers to address their queries and concerns
- Handling customer inquiries, requests, and educating them on our products and services
- Providing quality support in areas such as processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account-related tasks
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and management
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of call center experience
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction, including phone conversations and detailed note-taking in computer systems
- Independent problem-solving capabilities
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations
- Skill in deescalating complex customer interactions, along with a drive to exceed goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a virtual or office setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of financial services and products
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation
The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in arenaflex benefits, described in more detail here.
