Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team for a 12-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective communication with clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work and updates
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and updates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
