Key Responsibilities

• Assemble analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces
• Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the client experience and increase conversions
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Utilize descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors/values and have an impact across the business

Essential Qualifications

• Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an enthusiastic pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome
