Our team values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement, and every role plays a part in strengthening the borrower and investor experience. ✨ Why This Role Matters As a Mortgage Servicing Analyst, you'll play a critical role in managing and supporting eLEND's residential mortgage servicing portfolio. Your work ensures accurate servicing transfers, clean accounting, regulatory compliance, and reliable portfolio reporting. By improving internal controls, resolving discrepancies, and enhancing servicing processes, you directly support eLEND's financial integrity and operational efficiency. ️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and accounting support for all servicing-related transactions within the residential mortgage portfolio.
• Create and maintain servicing reports, MSR bid tapes, and other portfolio analytics to support internal decision-making and investor activity.
• Prepare and deliver a monthly Servicing Portfolio Report to senior management, highlighting portfolio performance, trends, and exceptions.
• Resolve corporate accounting reconciliation items related to servicing invoices, escrow accounting, purchase advice discrepancies, and other servicing variances.
• Submit MSR sale approvals to appropriate Agencies and Investors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to required timelines.
• Monitor servicer and subservice activity to ensure compliance with RESPA, Agency guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage new loan boarding into the servicing platform, validating data accuracy and resolving onboarding issues efficiently.
• Oversee construction-to-permanent loan activity, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as needed.
• Manage all servicing transfers to and from subservice's, ensuring compliance with RESPA, Agency, and Investor requirements while reconciling loan data and advance payments due to eLEND.
• Support and manage all servicing-related audits by providing required data, documentation, and ensuring audit timelines are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to improve servicing workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and meet subservice requirements.
• Implement, maintain, and enhance departmental processes, systems, and internal controls to mitigate risk and prevent future discrepancies.
• Develop tools, documentation, and guidance that enable accounting staff to independently resolve routine servicing issues.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage operations with a focus on servicing and related accounting functions.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and reconcile complex servicing data.
• Solid understanding of mortgage servicing regulations, Agency guidelines, and investor requirements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles as they apply to mortgage servicing.
• Experience working with loan origination systems (LOS) and mortgage servicing platforms.
• General understanding of secondary market functions, including MSR activity and servicing transfers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills, with a focus on enhancing controls and efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interface with all levels of the organization.
