Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to support our paid media examination capability and drive key business decisions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our marketing groups to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize our paid media spend. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to drive key business decisions
- Collaborate with marketing groups to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize paid media spend
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive progress
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for business improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media examination and analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
- 2+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
- Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
