About the Role

As a bilingual customer service representative for our Roadside Assistance client, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in English and French. You will work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your schedule and working at your own pace. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in English and French

  • Choose from various service intervals, 7 days a week/365 days a year
  • Utilize arenaflex's technology platform to access client information and provide support

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
