Responsibilities

As a Document Specialist / Closing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

  • Researching accounts utilizing several programs to ensure database accuracy and integrity
  • Processing documents in preparation for homeowners selling their home, ensuring seamless transitions and timely closures
  • Registering new homeowners in our system, providing a warm welcome and setting the stage for a positive homeowner experience
  • Compiling records for processing, ensuring all necessary documents are in order and up-to-date
  • Performing data-entry tasks within industry-specific software and Excel, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Processing invoices and payments, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions
  • Scanning and assigning documents, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry, administration, and customer service
  • A high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to handle large volumes of data entry with accuracy and precision
  • Accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide warm and welcoming support to homeowners and vendors over the phone
  • Clear and concise written communication, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, previous experience with real estate titles, mortgage, or real estate closings processes would be a valuable asset in this role. If you have a background in these areas, you'll be well-equipped to hit the ground running and make a significant impact in our team.
