Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Central Reservations team, you'll be responsible for assisting our guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations. You'll also handle general customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and generate excitement for visiting our breathtaking properties. This is a seasonal position, lasting until Mid-September 2025, with the opportunity to convert to a year-round employee based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations

• Handle general customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Build rapport with guests and generate excitement for visiting our properties
• Utilize strong sales skills to up-sell, cross-sell, and overcome objections
• Provide effective problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate a professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
• Learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-performance driven culture
• Maintain exceptional habits of dependability and attendance
• Utilize strong computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browser proficiency

• Professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality

• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browser proficiency
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous hospitality experience providing sales or customer service in a call center environment is preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits
