Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through online chat software, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' website visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Requirements
To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
