As an Online Chat Specialist – Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to businesses across various industries. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information via direct messaging on Remote Social Media platforms. With a strong focus on teamwork and administrative detail, you'll work independently and well under pressure to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Log in to business's Facebook and Instagram accounts to respond to customer inquiries

  • Handle various types of questions, including sales inquiries, product support, and purchase-related issues
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ hours availability per week (flexible scheduling)

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
