Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare, expand your skills and knowledge, and open doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

• Provide solutions to help customers better understand their coverage and options
• Offer empathetic and patient support to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
