Job Overview

As an Account Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve working closely with customers to resolve their concerns and inquiries, identify opportunities for revenue growth and service enhancement, and develop loyal and profitable relationships. This is a learning role, where you'll have the opportunity to build your skills and competencies in areas such as account management, customer education, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that customers receive the support and service they need to resolve their issues.

  • Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards, ensuring that you're consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Approach each customer interaction with a "can-do" mindset, treating every customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for success.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)
  • Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
