Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering timely and professional technical support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring account security. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed service by engaging directly with arenaflex's customers via various communication channels, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls, and more.
  • Being a voice and advocate for our customers when something doesn't feel right, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working with customers to understand how they use arenaflex products to resolve their issues and maximize their investments, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Acting as an advocate for our customers by reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement, driving positive change and innovation within our organization.
  • Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Assisting with customer communication and troubleshooting during arenaflex product launches, ensuring a seamless and successful rollout.
  • Working across the customer support spectrum to ensure a consistent and highest-quality level of support, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features, staying up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services to provide expert support to our customers.
  • Handling various contact types, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls, and more, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, as needed to meet customer support demands.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial in this role:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex customer issues.
