Job Overview

As an E-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, but you must be located in the United States. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As an E-File Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• The ability to read, write, and speak English
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
