Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue

  • Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and interactive experience for customers, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including chat volume, response time, and conversion rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

* Must live within the state of Kansas

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer engagement platforms
  • Experience with chatbots and AI-powered customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
