The Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be a key member of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients, using your language skills to communicate with customers in both English and Spanish. Your passion for helping others, combined with your technical skills and experience, will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide answers and resolutions to customer issues
  • Use your language skills to communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
