Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing technology to access client information and resolve customer issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Schedule

We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. We're open to discussing your availability and creating a schedule that meets your needs.

Earnings & Revenue

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. You'll also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

• Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology & Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

• A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
