Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation processes. You'll work closely with our process servers teams to review, confirm, and file legal documents using our internal systems and email. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work environment

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
  • Basic knowledge of legal documentation and processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Schedule

* Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

  • Part-time: Anytime, 2 hours to 4 hours daily, with flexibility to choose your own schedule
