Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-notch support, resolving issues and answering questions about products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and expertise to find solutions
  • Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information
  • Following up with customers to ensure that they have received quality customer service, and to gather feedback and insights
  • Completing after-call information and data entry to the system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex customer issues
  • Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
  • Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and analyze customer interactions
