Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately keying applications into our database, maintaining high levels of speed and accuracy, and providing exceptional support to our team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Key paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed

• Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
• Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
• Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, providing timely and effective support
• Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, driving continuous improvement and growth
• Work with management to address any issues or concerns, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance processes and efficiency

Education and Work Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• 1-3 years of related experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
