Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a kind and useful manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and dedication.
- Anticipating Customer Needs: Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have inconvenienced a customer.
- Maintaining a Safety Mindset: Working each and every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards.
- Navigating Challenges: Being steady yet adaptable, maintaining composure and managing issues while not taking customer frustration personally.
- Collaborating with Colleagues: Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them be successful with new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Comfort with Technology: You should be comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: You must be physically able to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage.
- SID Badge: You must be able to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Uniform Standards: You must be able to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.
