Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent phone etiquette
  • The ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
