Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional support and create raving fans for our brand. You'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
  • Utilize live chat software to engage with customers in real-time and resolve issues quickly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days of employment

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
