Day in the Life
As an Overnight Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless medication dispensing processes
- Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
- Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
- Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions to ensure timely processing
- Providing dispensing pharmacists with critical information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other flagged items
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay range of $17.00 - $28.46 per hour, depending on experience and location.
