Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for turning conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth. As a chat operator, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing information about our automotive dealer clients' products and services
  • Represent arenaflex and our clients in a professional and favorable manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive
  • Turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth
  • Utilize your gaming experience to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Work independently in a remote environment, maintaining a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, to learn our systems and processes
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, typing at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Live within the state of Pennsylvania, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn our systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the essential qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, with experience working with dealerships or automotive clients
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
