Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately and efficiently.
- Error Correction: Identify and correct errors using quality control methods, and notify relevant parties where necessary to prevent delays and inaccuracies.
- Data Review: Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that our databases are current and reflect the latest developments, updates, and transactions.
- Communication: Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Production Logging: Maintain a daily production log to ensure that all time and work is accurately documented, and provide visibility into our team's productivity and performance.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including contributing to special projects and initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Data Entry Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of database management and operations.
- Office Experience: Related office experience, including customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database software, such as arenaflex's proprietary database management system.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
