Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Agent for arenaflex, your primary role will be to manage live chat support for our premium community on Telegram. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Live Chat Management: Respond promptly to messages from potential members on Telegram, ensuring that you maintain a fast response time and provide timely support.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide new members through the joining process, answer their questions, and provide detailed information about the community benefits to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Member Assistance: Offer ongoing support to existing members as needed, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
  • Problem Solving: Address any technical issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process, providing basic troubleshooting and tech support as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending inquiries to ensure that our community members receive the support they need.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills in English are essential for this role. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our community members, providing clear and concise information and support.
  • Responsiveness: You must be able to reply to messages quickly and be available from early morning to late evening London time. This will ensure that our community members receive timely support and assistance.
  • Mobile-Friendly: You'll need to be comfortable using Telegram on a mobile device, as this will be your primary tool for managing live chat support.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred, but not essential. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience with Telegram: Familiarity with Telegram and its features would be an asset, as you'll need to be comfortable using the platform to manage live chat support.
  • Flexible Availability: The ability to manage live chat alongside other commitments without compromising response times would be beneficial, as this will enable you to work flexibly and maintain a fast response time.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and providing tech support if needed, as this will enable you to address technical issues and concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
