As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day and providing them with an exceptional experience. You will be an ambassador for our brand, helping our customers plan special trips or lifestyles, and assisting them with all their daily needs. Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending American Express products and services that meet their needs.
  • Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary.
  • Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service team and market.
  • Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms.
