What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional experiences to our passengers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving functional excellence and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and coaching
  • Establishing and maintaining a culture of safety, security, and compliance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business results
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, where you can grow and develop your skills and expertise
  • Managing and resolving escalated customer complaints and issues
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Analyzing and reporting on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, hospitality, or customer service
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with airline operations, customer service, and safety regulations
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a leadership role, preferably in the airline industry

  • Knowledge of airline operations, customer service, and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, preferably including Spanish, French, or Mandarin
  • Experience in a unionized environment, preferably with the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA)
