Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with our technicians to resolve customer issues, identify customer needs, and provide personalized solutions. Your expertise will help us build trust with our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
  • Experience with social media management and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
