Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technology Analyst – Workday Data Migrations to join our Technology team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping and driving solutions within the Individuals and Money Working day Group. You will work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the effective accomplishment of our targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply your knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to tackle a range of issues
- Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter
- Stay informed about current advancements within your area of expertise
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to issues
- Gauge effort and value for solutions
- Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
- Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on moving forward
- Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using suitable levels of outline and integration
- Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
- May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Managers
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Gifted in collaborating, communication, and discussion in working with different Groups and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large Business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into reasonable solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
