The Role

As a Remote Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing forum conversations, responding to live chat messages, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts
  • Enhancing customer support and driving sales for our clients
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful tone in all interactions
  • Upholding community guidelines and ensuring that online discussions remain constructive and respectful
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour
